We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and diligent HRA Compliance Manager. A subject matter expert, you will lead the compliance team in ensuring the council is compliant in all areas of the Housing Mechanical & Electrical and Building Services Compliance. You will be responsible for procuring and managing related contracts and programmes of work, delivering high quality services that offer value for money, and rectifying any risks effectively.
You will need to have detailed knowledge and experience in all areas of statutory landlord compliance and servicing programmes in the social housing sector, the ability to procure and manage contracts effectively in line with procurement rules and regulation, and a demonstrable understanding of health and safety obligations. We understand that this may present an opportunity for career progression for you though, so if you’ve got excellent organisation, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to address any gaps in your knowledge and experience swiftly, then want to hear from you.
